We collect account information such as name, email address, login details, billing status, plan, credits, and support messages. If Google login is enabled, we receive basic profile information needed to authenticate you.
We process email addresses, uploaded text files, API payloads, verification results, proxy attempt logs, job progress, request metadata, and other information needed to run verification workflows.
We also collect technical data such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, cookies, pages viewed, API key usage, rate-limit events, and security logs.
We use information to provide email verification, show results, process queued jobs, manage accounts, enforce credits and limits, troubleshoot issues, improve quality, secure the platform, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not use uploaded email lists to send marketing emails, spam, or outreach. We do not sell customer uploaded email lists.
Depending on the context, we process personal data to perform a contract, pursue legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, comply with legal obligations, or based on consent where required.
Inboxiqo uses necessary cookies for authentication, security, session continuity, preferences, and cookie consent. We may use analytics or marketing cookies only where enabled and permitted by applicable law.
We may share information with service providers that help operate hosting, databases, payments, authentication, analytics, support, security, logging, and email infrastructure. These providers may process data only for permitted service purposes.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, or in connection with a business transfer such as merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
We retain account, billing, credit, and operational records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and maintain business records.
Uploaded files, verification jobs, and verification history may be deleted by account controls where available or by request, subject to backups, logs, legal requirements, and legitimate security needs.
We use practical technical and organizational measures intended to protect data, including access controls, encrypted transport, logging, monitoring, least-privilege practices, and separation of application roles.
No internet service can be guaranteed perfectly secure. Inboxiqo does not currently claim ISO, SOC 2, or similar formal certification.
Data may be processed in countries where Inboxiqo or its service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections.
