Terms of use
These terms govern access to Inboxiqo websites, apps, APIs, free tools, and email verification services.
These terms govern access to Inboxiqo websites, apps, APIs, free tools, and email verification services.
These terms govern access to Inboxiqo websites, apps, APIs, free tools, and email verification services.
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, accessing our website or APIs, or using any Inboxiqo service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
Inboxiqo provides email verification, deliverability diagnostics, DNS lookup tools, and related reporting. The service helps customers assess whether an email address, domain, or DNS configuration appears usable or risky.
Inboxiqo does not send marketing email for customers, operate mailing campaigns, harvest email addresses, sell email lists, or provide a tool for spam or unlawful outreach.
You may use Inboxiqo only for lawful business purposes and only for email addresses and data that you are authorized to process.
You must not use Inboxiqo to support illegal, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity.
You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys. Credits, plan limits, daily limits, monthly limits, concurrency controls, and marketplace rules may apply depending on how you access the service.
RapidAPI, Apify, or other marketplace usage may also be governed by the marketplace's own terms. If marketplace terms conflict with Inboxiqo rules for acceptable use, the stricter rule applies.
Email verification is an evidence-based technical assessment. DNS, SMTP, catch-all behavior, greylisting, disposable status, server throttling, and remote mailbox policies can change at any time.
We work to provide useful results, but we do not guarantee that every result will be complete, current, or error-free, and we do not guarantee inbox placement, delivery, campaign performance, or revenue outcomes.
You retain ownership of the email addresses, files, and other data you submit. You grant Inboxiqo the limited rights needed to process that data, provide verification results, maintain logs, prevent abuse, secure the service, and comply with law.
You are responsible for giving required notices and obtaining required permissions from the people whose data you submit.
Inboxiqo does not currently claim ISO, SOC 2, PCI, or similar formal security or compliance certification. We may describe practical security measures we use, but no certification should be inferred unless it is expressly listed on an official Inboxiqo page.
Paid plans, subscriptions, and credits are provided according to the pricing shown at purchase. Inboxiqo provides free credits for evaluation before purchase.
Pay As You Go credits purchased directly through Inboxiqo.com currently do not expire while the account remains active and in good standing. Inboxiqo may introduce, change, or enforce credit expiration rules in the future by updating these Terms and/or the plan terms shown at purchase. Where reasonably possible, Inboxiqo will provide advance notice before applying a new expiration period to existing unused credits. Credits may be removed, suspended, or expire sooner in cases of refund, chargeback, fraud, abuse, account inactivity, legal requirement, or violation of these Terms.
Monthly subscription credits are issued for the applicable billing period and do not roll over unless the plan terms shown at purchase expressly state otherwise.
Used credits are non-refundable because verification requests consume computing, network, and third-party resources.
If there is a technical issue on Inboxiqo's side, Inboxiqo has 48 hours to restore the service. If the issue is not resolved within 48 hours, the customer may request a refund for unused credits only, except where a separate written agreement or applicable law provides otherwise.
Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
Purchases made through RapidAPI, Apify, or other third-party marketplaces are governed by their own payment and refund policies. Inboxiqo cannot process refunds for purchases made through those marketplaces.
We may update pricing, limits, features, or these terms. Material changes will be posted on the website or communicated through the service.
An Unknown or similar verification result is an expected possible outcome in email verification and is not, by itself, a service failure. Unknown results may occur because of the behavior, availability, security policies, rate limits, greylisting, or other restrictions imposed by third-party mail servers, which are outside Inboxiqo's control.
For purchases made directly through Inboxiqo.com, final Unknown verification results are not charged as used credits where our credit-refund policy applies. Unknown results alone do not qualify for a cash refund, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
This section applies only to purchases made directly through Inboxiqo.com. Purchases made through RapidAPI, Apify, or other third-party marketplaces are governed by the billing and refund policies of those platforms.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account violates these terms, creates legal or security risk, abuses the service, threatens platform stability, or fails to pay required fees.
After termination, we may delete or retain data according to our Privacy Policy, DPA, legal duties, and legitimate operational needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inboxiqo is provided as-is and as-available. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where applicable law does not allow such limitation.
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@inboxiqo.com.
