Inboxiqo is designed to support GDPR-aware email verification workflows where customers control the data they submit.
For email lists and verification jobs submitted by customers, Inboxiqo generally acts as a processor. For account registration, billing, platform security, and product analytics, Inboxiqo may act as a controller.
Inboxiqo verifies email addresses and related DNS or deliverability signals. We do not send campaigns for customers, send spam, harvest addresses, sell uploaded lists, or encourage unlawful outreach.
Customers must ensure they have a lawful basis for uploading or submitting email addresses, such as consent, contractual necessity, legitimate interest, or another basis available under applicable law.
We support access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability requests where applicable. Customers can request assistance for data subject requests involving their submitted data.
We retain data only as needed for the service, security, abuse prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Uploaded files and verification history can be deleted according to account features or written request, subject to backups and required records.
We use practical security controls such as authentication, access limits, encrypted transport, logging, monitoring, and controlled worker processing. We do not currently claim ISO, SOC 2, or similar certification.
We may use trusted service providers to host, secure, monitor, and operate Inboxiqo. Where required for EEA or UK data, we rely on appropriate transfer safeguards.
GDPR and privacy requests can be sent to hello@inboxiqo.com. Please include enough information for us to identify the account and data involved.
